I came as an overweight wreck from Norway, with a blood-pressure like a Geyser. I was supported, talked varmly to and convinced that I could change all this. And it all happened. Maybe this has been the most importand period of my life so far. Changing lifestyle and focus is never too late in life. But I say like Obama, "Yes we can".
